Cooperation agreement signed with the Construction Industry Association
SPBL Association has taken another important step forward!
During the seminar “Innovative and Sustainable Solutions in Concrete Production” organized by VILNIUS TECH Faculty of Civil Engineering, we signed a cooperation agreement with the Construction Industry Association.
This agreement marks a new stage in strengthening collaboration, fostering innovation, ensuring the highest quality standards, and promoting sustainable development in the construction industry.
We are excited about this partnership and the opportunities it brings!

The collaboration between the Lithuanian Association of Construction Product Testing Laboratories (SPBL Association) and the Latvian Concrete Association continues to grow successfully.
On November 27, 2025, in Riga, we participated in the 33rd Annual Scientific and Technical Conference of the Latvian Concrete Association – *“Concrete Structures with a Reduced Environmental Footprint.”
A special thank you to Rolands Cepuritis, PhD, Assoc. Prof., for organizing an event that united the Baltic States.
We are also proud to announce that three laboratory employees from two Lithuanian laboratories successfully passed the ‚‘‘Concrete Technology Institute certification program exams‘‘ held in Riga on October 6–8, 2025. They received a five-year ACI/ICT certificate, which until now had not been held by any Lithuanian laboratory specialists.
These achievements highlight not only the high professionalism of Lithuanian experts but also the strength of international cooperation, contributing to the sustainable development of concrete technologies in the Baltic region.

Association members’ meeting-lecture
✨ Cooperation and knowledge sharing – the path to progress! ✨
On November 19, 2025, members of the Association of Construction Product Testing Laboratories had a special opportunity to meet at the Center for Physical and Technological Sciences in Vilnius.
We are sincerely grateful to:
- The Center – for the warm welcome
- Aukse Baranauskiene, representative of UAB Analytical Solutions – for her help in organizing the meeting
- And especially Beatriče Ramanauskaite – for her lecture, which touched each of us and inspired a new approach to work.
Such meetings remind us once again that community and knowledge sharing are the foundation of our professional progress.
👉 And our association is facing a new challenge – together with the Lithuanian Road Association and the Lithuanian Association of Design Companies, we are organizing the Road Forum ’26.
📅 The event will take place on January 28, 2026, at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Vilnius.
🎟️ Discounted tickets for the event can be purchased at https://spbla.lt/2025/10/30/keliu-forumas26/.
